“Had a great experience with a new Dr. One of my babies needed just an annual check-up, while my Boyfriends cat having a harder time and despite the bad news and possible treatment options, she was so very kind, caring and answered all my questions. She actually let me speak and cover all the concerns I had without interruption. We were there for many hours but able to stay very comfortably. She gave us small hope, and with that I thank her and hopefully we can figure out what is wrong with him.”

“ The only flaw is that they're on the other side of town, but they are worth the drive. I booked a dental for my little old man, and I had never been here before so I was a bit nervous. Other places were quoting either thousands of dollars, and the super cheap clinics were not very trustworthy. Spencer Springs was reasonably priced, and I am very impressed with their care. They managed to get all the tartar off without extracting any teeth for my 11 year old man, who has never had a dental done before. The doctor was very honest, open, and informative during the pre-consult, and gave me advice on care outside of his teeth as well. The nurses/techs were also kind and informative. I got my baby back with some pearly whites, courtesy nail trim, tips on handling his allergies without pills, and a new go-to clinic. :) Oh! Also, their waiting room is very well coordinated. They have a few different seating areas sort of sectioned off. So if you have a "I'm gonna fight you!" pet, you can sit in a sort of enclosed area so they're not tempted.”

“ We have a new puppy that is about six months old now. His name is Sebastiane. We recently had to take a trip out of town and were delighted to find out that this animal hospital does do boarding as well. We went on a tour of the boarding area and we’re delighted to find that there is a back doggy run. When we got our puppy dog back after staying here for a week, he was in great shape, clean and I could tell there was some love involved in his upkeep.”
